Before purchasing, please ensure you read and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. We set our terms to ensure a pleasant and safe shopping experience.

Your Privacy

SIM Easy is totally committed to protect the privacy of site visitors and customers. We use extensive security measures and processes to protect your personal data from unauthorised access.

To acquire any SIM card products in some countries, by law, requires some personal information including a copy of the passport photo-page to register the user information with the relavent goverment agency. On SIM Easy you can do this by uploading your passport photo page during the checkout stage and we’ll complete the registration process so ensure your SIM card activates on arrival.

All information and data collected on www.simeasy.com will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned to third partners unless third parties are contracted by us to process your order. Examples of third parties who may be privy to your personal information are our logistic partners used for order delivery, our payment services partner and the relevant government agency for SIM registration. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our partners are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information. Customers' personal information is stored on secured servers located in a controlled environment.

When you enter your personal information during the order process, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a protocol for secure data transmission over the Internet. A protocol is a set of rules and procedures on how information (data) should be treated. SSL protocol processes the data through an encryption process. This is done to make the data unreadable during the transmission between two computers. When the data is transmitted to us, SSL puts together the data in its original order, and verifies that the data has not been altered in transit.

Credit Card Payment

Paypal is used exclusive as the payment gateway, an online payment processing utility that accepts payments in multiple currencies. During checkout cusotmers will be redirected to Paypal for payment. Once the payment is received you'll receive a message with your order information. If you face any difficulties completing payment on Paypal then do contact our customer team - [email protected].

Paypal accepts all major debit / credit cards.

Delivery

SIM Easy offers free international delivery with DHL courier service.

Items are normally processed and dispatched 'next working day' upon the placement of the order. Upon dispatch customers will be notified by email.

SIM Easy offers an express international delivery with DHL courier service.

Items are normally processed and dispatched 'next working day' upon the placement of the order. Upon dispatch customers will be notified by email, including the delivery tracking number. The express delivery option can be selected at the checkout stage.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Asia / Pacific: 2 working days
Europe / Oceania / North America: 3 working days
All other areas: up to 5 working days

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing the payment as we only ship items to your registered checkout address. A re-delivery fee would be charged if your delivery were incorrect or unclaimed.

SIM Easy is not responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

If your order is not received within the expected shipping time then contact our team at [email protected]. We'll contact the courier service to gather where your order might be and contact you back within 24hrs.

Product Availability

Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply delivery issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.

If you are advised of an out of stock item, you will always have the option to receive a full refund for the item, should you choose.

Website Accuracy

SIM Easy reserves the right to amend, change or omit the site within the World Wide Web at our discretion.

We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however, from time to time, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). SIM Easy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Returns

If the order is damaged / faulty then to contact SIM Easy by sending an email to [email protected] quoting the order number. One of our team will promptly respond to your request. SIM Easy team would appreciate if customers can provide as much evidence as possible so we can investigate the issue.

SIM Easy will offer a full refund if the product does not work properly or damaged during the delivery process.
